- Vendor also needs to provide staffing services that include the coordination of marketing efforts, administrative services, budgetary preparation, reporting and membership outreach.
- develop and distribute information packets for board members, attend and take minutes at all board meetings, manage day-to-day financial transactions, prepare monthly and annual financial reports, maintain websites for each entity, track all marketing partnership contributions and event participations, process payments for all marketing events, invoice and collect memberships on an annual basis.
