[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide client enrollment and payment processing services for processing and payment of insurance premiums to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.
- An online portal for client enrollment, call center customer support services to case managers and clients for online enrollment technical assistance, provide annual open enrollment training to case managers before open enrollment begins, create a client-level data system that is regularly updated with payment, insurance plan, qualifying events and other relevant client information.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 18, 2018.
(3) A contract term will be for two years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
