[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide boundary and demographic services including provides understanding for what attendance area a student resides and how changing demographics will impact existing facilities with current boundaries , information about the student demographic compositions , socio-economic, race, special program enrollment, and other data pertinent to the make-up of each boundary that can be utilized to make boundary and program assignment decisions, analyses the creation of new attendance boundaries will impact facilities and student enrollment, maximize resources in a fiscally responsible manner and take advantage of economies of scale, etc.to the government authority located in Wichita, KS.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than May 7,2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
