(1) Vendor needs to provide historic tax credit application service to the government authority located in Independence, KS.– Reviewing Parts I and II of the agency historic tax credit application previously submitted.• Preparing and submitting the Part III Kansas Historic Tax Credit application.– Working closely with agency staff, architects and contractors involved in the renovation as needed to ensure accurate information.– Ensuring compliance with the guidelines set by the National Park Service and agency Historical Society.– Coordinating with the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) to ensure all documentation meets the necessary requirements.– Providing any additional documentation or revisions requested by the SHPO to secure approval.– Ensuring all aspects of the rehabilitation project are accurately represented in the application.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 29, 2024.
