(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based documentation software. – Web–based software program for all facilities who do sterile and non–sterile compounding within pharmacy services.– System provides online, comprehensive, multimedia compounding education, training and competency assessment resources and offers accredited continuing education credits for staff who complete the training.– Integrated education, training and competency assessment system i.e. one stop shop for staff to complete all electronically based learning modules, assigned assessments, competencies, etc.– Management of personnel certification status and re–certifications and alerts to compounding employees and supervisors when certifications are coming due or are overdue.– Includes pre–built hazardous drug risk assessments, customizable by the customer.– Ability to create form to document ward inspection, including compounding medication storage areas within the pharmacy– Facility dashboard providing an overview of all tasks and results in a given selected time frame.– Canned and customizable reporting capabilities for all aspects of the compounding program.– Mobile application to allow for iPhone and iPad use to document tasks performed in room such as cleaning, compounding log, environmental checks, etc.(2) The contract term will be one year.
