(1) Vendor needs to provide adult intensive reentry and community services to the government authority located in Topeka, KS. – It includes intensive reentry case management and intensive reentry interventions.– These components provide individualized reentry case planning to target criminogenic and reentry needs, small group–based cognitive behavioral sessions in restrictive housing units, and ongoing one–on–one cognitive behavioral sessions for participants who are moved out of restrictive housing.– The intensive case management will begin within one business day of placement in a RH unit.– The Reentry Case Manager (RCM) assigned to the unit will review the resident’s file and determine if he meets the criteria for AIR.– The plan will identify criminogenic needs and reentry needs and barriers and outline specific strategies (e.g. interventions and services) to address them. Once the initial case plan is created, the resident will be eligible to begin participating in the Intensive Reentry Interventions, which are divided into Introduction to Reentry Skills sessions and Preparing for Reentry sessions.– All sessions are focused on one of five skills that are grounded in cognitive behavior therapy: cost–benefit analysis, the thought–behavioral link, self–control, emotion regulation, and problem–solving.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2024. (3) The contract term will be two years.
