(1) Vendor needs to provide allyship network support service to the government authority located in Topeka, KS. – Facilitate a series of customizable allyship workshops with an equity centered framework that will build awareness and enhance skills around:a. The essentials of allyshipb. The practice and skills of allyshipc. The common language around allyship– Provide strategic facilitation and coaching on an action plan around allyship to: a. Executive and Core Teamsb. The Ally Support Network Team membersc. The Equity Program Core Staffd. The Strategic Implementation Teams (SIT)– Provide a hybrid learning model with the assistance of the DCF Equity Team.– Provide Train the Trainer services.– Provide all training materials related the workshops and curriculum provided.(2) The contract term will be two years.
