The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for human diagnostic and laboratory services in support of the occupational health program at the National Bioand Agro–Defense Facility (NBAF) in Manhattan, KS.
