(1) Vendor needs to provide budget management and planning solutions software.         – A replacement solution for their current Budget Management System, a custom, in–house application running– Budget Management and Planning has become outdated over time, requiring staff to perform manual processes and maintain external spreadsheets in order to meet business requirements• Specializes in government budgeting processes.• Supports position level budgeting and forecasting of personnel expenses.• Reduces risk by consolidating all budgeting activities within a single software solution.• Facilitates real–time collaboration between agency and other departments.• Allows unlimited budgeting and forecasting scenarios to accommodate departmental variations in business rules and requirements.• Provides real–time reporting features and dashboards.• Generates the digital Budget Book and Annual Comprehensive Financial Report.• Provides bi–directional interfaces or integration points with Oracle eBusiness Suite.– The Budget Management System is a custom, in–house application in oracle agency that consists of personnel–related information (top half), other operating expense (bottom half), revenue estimates and budget variables for calculating agency, health insurance, merit rates, etc.– ClearPoint is a third–party, standalone product used to produce department Key Performance Indicators and Organizational Scorecards included in the annual budget book.– Workiva is a third–party, standalone product used to produce the annual budget book and agency reporting.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on May 20, 2024.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than May 23, 2024.    (4) The contract period will be one year.
