(1) Vendor needs to provide customer case management software consulting services for design, configuration and implementation of customer case management software and customer issue tracking system to integrate into our existing customer information system, meter data management system, enterprise service bus, texting services, website, social media, email and service order systems.(2) Additional Payment of $5 will be required to pay to obtain the Main RFP document (Apart from RFPMart charges).
