(1) Vendor needs to provide home and community–based services settings final rule training. to the government authority located in Kansas.– Collection and Analysis of Existing Information– Identify and present to existing or emerging home and community–based services Final Rule person–centered best practices to train Stakeholders relating to rights, choice, privacy, autonomy, integration, and inclusion– Information Gathering and Reporting– Provide an outline of training topics, content, and length of training sessions– Must track and report training registrants and attendees for each session– Must secure locations and ensure sites have the tools, technical equipment, and resources needed to conduct trainings effectively to the target audience– Must oversee and coordinate training days, times, locations, announcements, registration, invites to registrants, training reminders, tracking of training sessions, tracking of attendance, and all other activities needed to accomplish the set goals– Develop a proposal that provides funding to allow home and community–based services participants with a scholarship or ambassador program to attend training.– Develop a medium for communication that engages current and future Final Rule Stakeholders to participate in training– Develop an in–person training tailored to multiple agency state stakeholders– Must complete (2) virtual training sessions– Create training and outreach materials– Complete, collect, and compile an attendee survey(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 18, 2024.
