(1) Vendor needs to provide website hosting and support service using wordpress content management service. – Provide website hosting and management.– Provide website maintenance that keeps us at the forefront of this industry and ensures the website has the most up to date content and follows the most current best practices.– Provide all necessary components of website maintenance including hosting and management.– Responsiveness to program and user needs is a must. Prospective must include compatibility with WordPress platform on which current website is built on.– Accessibility and translation capability:– The vendor will maintain a fully functioning and accessible website that meets the needs of the end–users. In addition, the vendor will ensure translation services are available and functioning across the site using google translate.– All necessary troubleshooting to always maintain accessibility and translation services and the use of the applicable software.– Security and backend maintenance:– Provide website hosting and management to facilitate the website’s continued preeminent status as a valuable resource for state.– Public presentation and external content:– Support all public facing elements of the website, including content, while utilizing data and research to support the advancement of website objectives.– Content design and advancement:– Utilize data, user research, and recommendations to guide content creation and development in partnership with staff and in consultation with applicable partners.– Functionality and user friendliness:– Website testing on a regular weekly basis to include testing of contact us page, discovery of broken links, errors, and assess loading speed on both mobile and desktop displays.– Preserve functionality of website on mobile devices so that user friendliness is maintained, and all operations perform as expected, including search functions, accessibility, translations, navigation and sticky navigation.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 19, 2024. (3) The contract term will be two years.
