(1) Vendor needs to provide library patron computer and print management solutions.- Providing ease of access for patrons and staff in managing the growing demand for public computer use.- PC reservation and print management system.- Scalable solution that allows implementation over time- The library to try out solutions at no risk for at least 30 days prior to contract signing.- Ability for staff to view and generate printing, payment history, use and circulation reports.- This includes the record, date, time and login of the individual modifying the record- Provides for auditing, logging of all activities and events- Allows patrons to request and manage public computer reservations on-site through a web portal- Customizable welcome, login display elements and language for welcome screen, interactive dialogs and alerts, messaging allowing for translation, branding.- Windows and Apple-based software to authenticate, authorize patrons- To learn more about software options that allow for the ability to enforce existing policies and practices while improving upon the overall patron experience of interacting with library computers and printers.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 6, 2023.(3) A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on August 24, 2023.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
