(1) Vendor needs to provide youth training service to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.
- Explain the possible negative impacts that occur for a child when their caregivers do not accept them for their agency status.
- Identify protective factors for agency individuals.
- Include use of pronouns in everyday conversations, professionally and with clients.
- Apply their knowledge of the agency community to their analysis of the situation to ask questions
that help define the report.
- Accurately evaluate what situations meet the definition of Caregiver Unable and Unavailable to Provide Care and which rise to the level of Emotional Abuse
- Vendor will develop two separate trainings. The trainings will be developed as PowerPoints with notes. Agency will have the final approval and own the developed trainings.
- The PowerPoints must adhere to agency graphics standards. The agency Communication team will have the final approval of training materials.
- Vendor will deliver trainings to the identified agency staff.
- Vendor will train identified agency staff to deliver future trainings without the vendor.
- Explain the possible negative impacts that occur for a child when their caregivers do not accept them for their status.
- Identify protective factors for individuals.
- Include use of pronouns in everyday conversations, professionally and with clients.

- Identify ways to articulate the negative impact on the child to the caregivers.
- Vendor will develop a plan to ensure participants are engaged and have met the learning objectives.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 28, 2023.
(3) The contract will be one year.
