- All legally required COBRA notifications, such as but not limited to: underpayment letters, notice of unavailability of COBRA coverage, notice of early termination of COBRA coverage, confirmation of qualifying events, as well as confirmation of election and of COBRA terminations sent to insurance carriers, brokers and human resources as needed.
- Prompt COBRA premium remittance to the city.
- COBRA reporting to the city and the city carriers.
- Health insurance portability and accountability Act (HIPAA) Certificates and HIPAA privacy notification.
