Vendor needs to provide MyRC app user interface.
- To develop two mobile-friendly user interfaces (i.e., responsive web design) for my resource connection (MyRC): a secure web application for county government employees and a public-facing web application for county residents.
- The existing application is integrated with other non-MyRC databases for features like user authentication, geocoding, geospatial map data, etc. and those features will remain in those databases.
- The current application relies on Google Map JavaScript API for mapping, jQuery JavaScript library, and a couple other smaller JavaScript libraries.
- The current web app determines a user's access privileges via calls to stored procedures which access a separate user database. This on-prem proprietary user database model and authentication model is used by several other unrelated web applications as well. Because the application is used also by non-county staff, we have found using active directory authentication is not suitable. User accounts must also be tied to business emails.
- The client data resides in an on-prem SQL server database, the community resource data in a separate on-prem SQL server database. The current web app queries and displays data from these databases (tables and views) via calls to stored procedures in these databases.
- A client database of demographic, contact and service data regarding individuals who have interacted with approximately 25 participating state and local governmental human service agencies.
- A community services database regarding providers of human and social services (non-profit, faith-based, and governmental).
- ETL processes for importing and ensuring continuously up-to-date client and community resource data into the databases.
- Data enrichment services which links or matches client data across agencies, identifies mutual clients and high utilizers, performs change detection to alert case managers about events regarding their clients and geocoding of addresses.
- A secure web application with credential-based access that allows users to view data in the client database and make use of the data enrichment services applied to that client data.
- A public-facing web application that allows users to view data in the community services database.
