[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide tele pharmacy services to the government authority located in Kansas.
- Provide tele-pharmacy services when the hospital pharmacy is closed
- Hours of coverage will be from 4:30pm thru 8:00am Monday thru Friday, from 4:30pm Friday thru 8:00am Monday, and 24 hours on Holidays.
- The hospital pharmacy’s current business hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm, excluding holidays.
- Tele-pharmacy services include verification of medication orders, discontinuation of medication orders, clarification of medication orders, answering medication related questions from hospital staff, and visual identification of medication prior to administration.
- Provide two forms of reliably contacting the pharmacist providing tele-pharmacy services, preferably a direct phone number and email.
(2) All questions must be submitted in written no later than December 19, 2022.

Onshore (USA Organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
