Government Authority located in Kansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for court reporter and transcription services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide court reporter and transcription services that take place at public meetings, hearings, arbitrations, depositions and interviews.
• Court reporters shall have the proper certification and ability to notarize transcripts.
• Court reporters shall have at least 2 years of court reporting experience with all of the above tasks.
• Transcripts shall be notarized and have sufficient state certification and seal.
• Proficiently utilize virtual software platforms (i.e.., Zoom, MS Teams, etc.)
• The EPA may have a need for available contractors within all four states, but contractors need not be available for all geographic areas in order to be eligible. Contractors shall clearly identify in advance the geographic areas listed below for which it is willing and able to provide services.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (US Only);
[D] Work Performance:
- Performance of the work will be Offsite.
