[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide language interpretation and translation services for veterans and patients, their family members and caregivers, who have limited English proficiency, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
1. Over-the-phone interpreting (OPI)
- Via phone to provide language translation services immediately on an as needed basis.
- Connect time for Spanish, French, Arabic, German, Russian, Portuguese, Mandarin and Cantonese are 2-minutes.
- Connect time for all other languages is 4-minutes.
2. In-person and on-site interpreting
3. Written non-technical translation services
4. American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation
a. In-person sign language interpreters
b. Video Remote Interpreting
(2) Contract term will be one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite and Offsite.
