(1) Vendor needs to provide on-call appraisal services to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.
- Provide a full-scope appraisal including an inspection of each building or property to obtain information necessary to use in the valuation, when necessary, for fee simple acquisitions.
- Provide supporting documentation on how the appraisal values were determined, showing comparable sales used.
- Provide appraisals reflecting fair market value for easement acquisitions.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 1, 2022.
(3) The contract period will be for one year.
