[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide traffic maintenance facility study services to the government authority located in Lenexa, KS.
- The team will be responsible for providing all consultant services including review of current traffic facility operations, landscaping, architectural and engineering in the fields of civil, mechanical, electrical and structural services as necessary.
- The qualified firm will be asked to conduct a space needs assessment for the municipal services traffic maintenance facility to include current and future operational needs for all aspects of the city traffic maintenance operations.
- The qualified firm will develop a preliminary site plan, based on the space needs assessment, which finds the best location for this new facility on the current site of the municipal services.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on September 01, 2022.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
