[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide public address system support services and equipment to the government authority located in Overland Park, KS.
- Provide certified and qualified technicians to perform the work as well as be a good partner that is solution oriented; capable; performs in accordance with best practices
- Bucket of hours – Flexible and timely support. Remote support for projects or troubleshooting to include both Onsite and remote support services.
- Programming of PA management consoles and controllers for mapping and announcement zone changes.
- Reporting and Alerts – PA system outage alerts, testing results reports, proactive PA system monitoring.
- Maintenance schedule – routine controller and speaker maintenance, quarterly testing down to the speaker
- Cleaning and maintenance of all head-end equipment and rack interiors;
- Cleaning and adjusting of field devices as needed;
- Testing for normal function of head-end and user interface equipment;
- Testing for normal function of all field devices;
- Confirmation that all existing programming is correct and operation as designed;
- Firmware upgrades and password updates.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 17, 2022.

Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
