[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Develop Police Career Promotion Tests Services
1. Job analysis which will consist of an interview with Training Captain and his designate(s) and Human Resources staff; review of the job description, organization chart and other materials; and reviewing relevant and current standard operating procedures.
2. Develop a reading list for candidates, and an outline of subject areas to be included on the written tests. These lists are to be reviewed by the staff and Human Services staff and may be revised by mutual agreement. The reading list and announcement shall be issued the week of August 1, 2022 with the written examination following in January 2023.
3. Develop a 100 question written multiple choice examination to serve as the screening process prior to the Oral Examination.
4. Administration of the written test will be conducted on-site in Wichita, KS. responsible for all candidate application screening, notifications, and contact.
5. Scoring and analyzing the written test and providing the scores
6. On average (15) fifteen Police Sergeants, (10) ten Police Lieutenants, (100) one hundred Police Detectives eligible to participate in the examination process to the government authority located in Wichita, KS.
(2) A contract period will be for one year.
