[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide telemedicine psychiatrist services to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.
- Contractor shall be Board Certified Psychiatrist associated with accredited Medical School of Psychiatry with supervisory capacity of psychiatry residents of same accredited medical school to provide part-time Telepsychiatry services to all programs as assigned up to a maximum of 30 hours a week
- Contractor shall participate in any continuing Psychiatry education required to maintain his/her license with the State
- Participates in clinical/diagnostic workups, as needed and requested by Clinical Director
- Completes patient assessments per program regulation (i.e., weekly, monthly, quarterly) and as needed for patient care as assigned by Clinical Director
- Maintains a clinical caseload as assigned by the Clinical Director
- Provides consultations and care for severe acute and/or chronic psychiatric illness/conditions as Requested
- Documents in the patients records as required by accrediting agencies, the patients progress, and treatment prescribed
- Contractor shall submit to and comply with all processes regarding security clearance and credentialing.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 11, 2022.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
