[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide higher education analytics and research services to engage a well-qualified firm that can provide actionable intelligence designed to to the government authority located in Lawrence, KS.
• Identify, prioritize and target geo-demographic markets for student recruitment
• Provide comprehensive analysis and insight to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness of recruitment efforts
• Support for the optimization of slate CRM system in student recruitment and development of generative communications to improve yield
• Qualify student interest at various stages of recruitment process and evaluate factors affecting students’ college choice and competitors
• Benchmark comparative metrics across all stages of the enrollment process and across multiple segments of the enrollment portfolio
• Project enrollment demand and yield prediction across targeted segments and sub-groups and across academic programs
• Assess factors affecting college choice
• Measure and map market position against comparative peers and primary competitors through benchmarking studies conduct regional demographic projections and economic analysis to gauge enrollment demand and assess macro-level trends to frame pricing and institutional financial planning.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 19, 2022.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
