[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager as constructor services to the government authority located in Shawnee, KS.
- Preconstruction phase and preparation of guaranteed maximum price: The construction manager as constructor shall consult with district and district’s consultants to develop a guaranteed maximum price and construction schedule. it is our expectation that collaboration with a construction manager as constructor early in the design process will facilitate a construction solution that is acceptable regarding quality, budget, and schedule.
- Construction Phase: To initially contract with the top ranked finalist for preconstruction services; however, at the conclusion of this phase, district will evaluate service provided to date to determine whether or not to extend the contract for the construction phase.
(2) An optional pre-proposal will be held on March 29, 2022.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than March 31, 2022.
