Vendor needs to provide adaptive consulting services to the government authority located in Kansas City, KS.
- Evaluation of set up of personnel costing allocations and the ability to access employee benefits costs related to an employee.
- Recording and reporting of project activity in adaptive including capital, maintenance, repair, etc.
- Consultation and recommendations on proper documentation regarding the mapping of general ledger accounts, dimensions, and work tags between workday and adaptive.
- Consultation on using adaptive for transfers between cost centers and funding sources.
- Consultation and recommendations on a reconciliation process from adaptive to workday.
- Consultation and recommendations on management of adaptive versions.
- Recommendation should allow for various scenarios (fluctuation in employees, loss of revenue, projects related to replacement of capital, repairs and maintenance, other long-term projects/initiatives, etc.) and their effect on adaptive long-term planning.
