[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide master property insurance program services to the government authority located in Overland, KS.
1. Brokerage and Insurance Marketing
a. Market availability and access
b. Detailed advice and guidance relating to specific insurance companies and insurance proposals for property, intuitional and real
2. Account Management
a. Program Administration
b. Communication
3. Risk Management Support Services
a. Claims Services
b. Loss prevention/loss control
c. Risk and statistical analysis
- Risk Identification and Evaluation: - The Brokerage will develop, evaluate, secure, and offer information for the College to be capable to decide on the best practices and insurance providers for the College including but not limited to the following:
a. Provide the Executive Director of Mission Continuing/Risk Management with coverage assessments/interpretations/answer questions/certificates of insurance
b. Coverage and claims advocacy on behalf of the College with the insurance company chosen for coverage
c. Meet regularly with the Executive Director of Mission Continuing/Risk Management and any other personnel to explain/update/educate/regarding the appropriate handling of risk management issues, methods, policies, or forecasting
- Market Submission Preparation and Review: - These must include, but are not limited to, complete, itemized, written specifications for the insurance coverage, loss control services, claim services, payment terms and conditions, exposure information, and loss experience. Successful Offeror will prepare such submissions in an appropriate manner including narrative regarding the College and its operations. The College will have the right but not the obligation to review such submissions for completeness and accuracy.
- Claims Services: -
a. Serve as an advocate for the College with carriers
b. Follow all cases assigned to conclusion
c. Semi-annual claim review
d. Provide assistance with proof of loss and other claims documentation
e. Assist in resolution of coverage issues, including coverage interpretations, disputes, reservation of rights letters, etc.
f. Coordinate claims reporting to primary and excess underwriters
g. Audit claims as requested
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
