[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide consulting services for CRM planning strategies for professional services for implementing best practices with an enterprise level CRM, strategies for benchmarking business processes and demonstration of the benefits and risks for institutions going through this effort,
1. Evaluate stakeholder alignment and business acumen,
2. Provide a plan and process for benchmarking business processes,
3. Develop recommendations including strategies for implementing business processes and process workflows to align with vision,
4. Provide an action plan that can be implemented to move towards the overall objectives,
5. Provide insight into metrics for measuring success for our constituent experience and process efficiencies.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 10,2021.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
