[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide bond counsel services to retain the services of bond counsel on its revenue bond financed Programs, bond counsel will work closely with staff members, general counsel, transaction counsel, financial advisor, bond underwriting team and its counsel, and other parties necessary to issue and sell the bonds, including bond rating agencies, bond insurers/credit enhancement
facilities, Trustees, and financial institutions. to the government authority located in Kansas City, KS.
A. Assist in developing and structuring the procedures to enable HOC to issue bonds in accordance with applicable laws,
B. Assist in structuring any financing programs including tax-exempt and taxable bonds, credit-enhanced financing, other forms of debt or equity financing and any other creative financing,
C. Assist in negotiating bond purchase agreements with underwriters,
D. Draft, or participate in the drafting of, bond documents, HOC rules, regulations and procedures, program form documents, official statements, and other documents relating to programs.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 4,2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
