[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide voice system assessment, remediation and ongoing support to the government authority located in Overland Park, KS.
- existing voice system is a MiVoice Connect (formerly ShoreTel Connect Onsite) that covers multiple locations for the City. Key components include:
- MiVoice Connect Director, Distributed Voice Services (DVS), Virtual Phone Switch with backup switches, two Virtual Trunk Switch load balanced on separate SIP connections
- Ingate SIParator Virtual Session Border Controller (SBC) Version 5.x, two load balanced on separate SIP connections
- MiVoice Connect Enterprise Contact Center (ECC)
- Mitel Connect Mobility Router
- MiVoice Connect Edge Gateway (EGW)--- expanded remote phone connectivity, including secure VPN-less connections.
- MiVoice Connect Client--- provides desktop (PC & MAC) call control with options for Operator, Call Center, Softphone (on-LAN and WAN/EGW), smartphone integration, more
- MiVoice Connect Web Dialer---runs in the background of a web browser and allows click-to-dial on phone numbers on a website.
