[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide bus advertising services
- to provide advertising on Metro fixed route and paratransit bus fleets
- Sell, install and maintain advertising.
- Ensure that all advertising is of neat appearance and displayed in a professional manner.
- Be responsible for all aspects of the advertising program – selling, installation, upkeep, and removal.
- Obtain approval from Metro for any advertising contract that does not advertise for goods or services.
- Adhere to and comply with the Metro advertising policy
- Pay Metro the contracted percentage of gross proceeds, with a contracted monthly minimum by the 20th of the following month.
- Keep records of all transactions that will be made available to Metro within a reasonable amount of time upon Metro’s written request.
- Acquire all necessary insurance policies, licenses, certifications, and permits, and paying fees for same.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2021
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
