Government Authority located in Lawrence, Kansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for strategic banking services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic banking partner(s) to ensure KU continues to create new banking initiatives, improve efficiencies surrounding treasury services, and identify additional opportunities for revenue growth to the government authority located in Lawrence, KS.
- To establish and operate a system of banking services, which will provide for: The immediate, secure deposit and transfer of funds; The availability of funds to meet the obligations of the KU and Affiliates; The accurate and satisfactory collateralization of all funds; The immediate and adequate accounting for all funds; Electronic Banking; Online services with detailed information of all transactions to the account for minimum of 360 calendar days; Depository Services; The bank shall agree to credit the designated account with the amount shown on deposit tickets; The bank shall notify the designated account holder of any discrepancy in deposits; adjustments must be agreed upon by the designated organization’s representatives with the bank; The bank shall process and convert to US Dollars all foreign currency and checks deposited; the bank shall debit the account for any related currency exchange fees; The bank shall agree to process all returned checks a second time before returning them to KU and Affiliates. The bank shall charge the appropriate account for the amount of the returned checks; The bank shall provide online stop payment services to allow KU and Affiliates to place and/or remove permanent stop payments.
(2) A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on May 14, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
