[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide professional engineering design services that will produce a set of drawings and a project manual for a water main replacement project and will be designed and constructed in accordance with the city to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.
- Meet with city staff at critical stages throughout design.
- Perform field and topographic surveys as necessary.
- Determine the alignment for the water line improvements.
- Perform investigative soil borings.
- Coordinate with other city utilities and private utility owners.
- Prepare temporary easement, permanent easement, and right-of-way descriptions as necessary.
- Facilitate the public information meetings during the design and preconstruction.
- Facilitate the pre-bid meeting.
- Prepare a tabulation of bids and make a recommendation of award for construction.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 30, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
