- Bond Disclosure Counsel Firm to assist department in legal and advisory matters relative to the issuance and to advise department on bond disclosure related matters and to assume primary responsibility for drafting official statements, both in preliminary and final form, final remarketing memorandums or similar such documents, as applicable to bonds or department debt restructuring activities as applicable depending on the types of bond or debt restructuring activities and transactions that may be undertaken during the contract period.
