[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide video streaming services that will be streamed live and stored via a cloud-based system and available at all times for public review.
- video streaming services, bringing the video streaming service in-house, or remaining with the current provider
- to utilize the current camera system, the Contractor shall furnish at least three (3) high-definition video cameras that will be integrated into the City’s existing video and audio system
- Camera’s shall be professionally mounted or installed in a manner that facilitates quality video and audio content generation.
- produce a live streaming video with coherent audio
- video shall be available to the public through commonly used internet web browsers and be cast on a local (COX) cable channel.
- capability to provide audio captioning services that appear as a text overlay on the archived meeting video
- access to the analytical data related to the usage of the video streaming service by the public
- Analytics shall include the quantity of persons viewing video streams and archived videos.
- capability to provide live audio captioning services that appear as a text overlay on the video

- Production of Promotional Videos.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 26, 2021.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
