Government Authority located in Kansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for video streaming services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide video streaming services to the government authority located in Kansas.
- Video Streaming Equipment: Camera Equipment – If the contractor does not choose to utilize the current camera system, the Contractor shall furnish at least three (3) high-definition video cameras that will be integrated into the City’s existing video and audio system. Cameras shall be capable of being controlled remotely by Contractor. Cameras will have the ability to pan, tilt, and zoom remotely. Camera’s shall be professionally mounted or installed in a manner that facilitates quality video and audio content generation. Camera’s shall capture all positions at the formal dais and City Staff seated in designated positions in the room.
- Streaming – Contractor shall produce a live streaming video with coherent audio. The video shall be available to the public through commonly used internet web browsers and be cast on a local (COX) cable channel.
- Archived Captioning – At the option of the City, the Contractor shall have the capability to provide audio captioning services that appear as a text overlay on the archived meeting video within seven (7) days of the date in which the streamed meeting washeld.
