[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide health savings and health reimbursement account administration services for medical coverage are automatically enrolled in the self-funded prescription drug coverage.
- voluntary insured plan offered to members who may enroll regardless of their choice for medical coverage
- coverage for newly hired employees
- able to accept electronic membership eligibility file updates daily (per SEHP business rules and agreed upon format) containing new enrollments, terminations, personal data changes, and mid-year and Open Enrollment election changes
- provide a debit card option for both Health Reimbursement Account and Health Savings Accountholders
- Accept adjustments/corrections to annual elections and process them prior to the next processing cycle
- able to accept eligibility information on daily change files or daily full files in the agreed upon layout
- access to member account information and be available to assist members with questions regarding account balances, deposits, reimbursements, claims, eligible expenses, payroll contributions, payments, denials, web access, debit card, pended claims, and general questions concerning qualifying expenses, claims procedures and any federal guidelines that govern HRA or HSA accounts.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 4, 2021.
(3) Contract period will be two years.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
