[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide quality tool development services to development and support of a web-based application for quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) for Medicaid eligibility case reviews, Cases are sent to the KDHE Quality Team for review upon completion,
- Quality Team conducts targeted audits on specific types of cases to determine the impact or efficiency of policy/system changes, trainings, etc.
- Quality issues differ from Coaching Requests, in that, there is not a specific worker identified as having caused the issue,
- include but are not limited to recording identified Medicaid and eligibility errors, facilitating communication back and forth between relevant parties involved in the audit process, and conducting Medicaid and CHIP payment reviews of the Medicaid Management Information System,
- The new application should have the ability to import and export required data in the required format and should be capable of producing comprehensive reports,
- The new application should allow for modifiable fields and reports to accommodate changing audit requirements in a specified timeframe,
- System Architecture change to web-based application, User Account Control,
- Direct Accessibility to Third Parties, Automated Case Completion Status,
- Work Queues, Response Tracking, Auto-population of Case Information,
- Automatically accepts randomized case information for auditors to review at the start of each month,
- Design must include the ability to input and view audit data, and create and send audit forms to other entities
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 28, 2021.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
