Vendor needs to provide consultant to research and recommend a combined computer-aided dispatch and records management system for the emergency services units of county.
- consultant to complete include: research combined cad and rms systems that each units can function in, integrating current rms and cad data into the new system, ensuring each units vehicle has a global positioning system installed, incorporate jail and court management systems, make recommendations of an applicable system to the units and respective governing bodies, advise and assist the units in identifying funding sources for the project, advise and assist the units in acquiring the selected system, lead the implementation component of the project, advise and assist the units in evaluating the system for a pre-determined period after implementation.
