Vendor needs to provide special counsel services to assist department in legal and advisory matters relative to the issuance of one or more series of bonds and the administration and operation of the revolving fund loan programs operated under department to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.
- Special Counsel shall provide advice, recommendations, required documentation, and opinions as well as act as an advocate for the secretary for matters relating to any proposed financing for the program which shall be more specifically identified in the contract.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
