[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide expanded COVID testing services to contract with qualified laboratories and other organizations to provide COVID-19 testing and other support services as part of a unified COVID-19 testing strategy,
- It is expected that multiple contracts would be awarded based on their relevance to the criteria in their ability to meet the urgent public health need to control the spread of COVID-19,
- Laboratory Testing Solutions (LTS) describes the various direct services associated with collection, transportation testing, and reporting of samples needed for COVID-19 testing,
- High Risk Populations (HRP) describes the targeted high risk populations where COVID-19 testing is needed, respondents are asked to provide for ‘end to end’ solutions to address testing challenges associated with each population,
- Innovative Strategic Solutions (ISS) describes additional services or solutions that support the unified COVID-19 testing strategy,
- Proposals can include multiple partners/stakeholders and will be evaluated based on their ability to rapidly fulfil a critical public health need associated with COVID-19 testing, etc. to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
