[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide bill printing, bill mailing and payment processing system.
• Print, stuff, mail and electronically distribute utility bills and notices,
• Process supplemental billing inserts with bills,
• Online presentment of bills and inserts for our customers to view,
• Supplemental informational mailings,
• Offerings for various payment types (apple pay, kiosk, text, etc),
• Integrate with NorthStar, Customer Connect, Tokay and SmartWorx,
• One-time future dated payments,
• Electronic payment confirmation notification.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on September 17, 2020.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 24,2020.

Onshore (US Organizations Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
