[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide billing admin support services including certain billing and collections services (Medicaid and Medicare).
- Medicare Part A and Part B billing including Managed Care
- All therapies cross-references to the therapy logs for accuracy
- claims created, revised and corrected in billing system to correspond to the correct hospital days and dates of service
- Medicare claims electronically sent to Medicare or Managed Care payor for processing
- Medicaid claims billing will be performed once per month
- All claims are analyzed for accuracy to ensure all hospital and leave days are correctly inputted into the system per the facility census
- Tasks include the review of a Medicaid Monthly Census Report
- Includes all commercial primary payors and all secondary co-insurance accounts
- Primary and co-insurance claims are inputted into billing system and paper UB claim forms are printed and mailed to the carriers
- Services include physical onsite presence as needed, to update progress, resolve problems or to participate in training to include virtual web meetings and conference calls
- facilities each month with reports detailing the monthly charges, expected payments, billing, collections rates and PDPM code utilization
- training and monitoring for staff on AR tracking system.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2020.
(3) Contract period will be three years.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
