[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide automated biometric identification system to the governmet authority located in Topeka, KS.
- Reduce the risk of system performance degradation or system failure both in daily operations and in the event of a disaster,
- Maintain and improve information security,
- Improve accuracy of fingerprint/palmprint matching,
- Improve speed of matching, workflow flexibility, and end-to-end transaction processing within the system,
- Improve record completeness and image quality,
- Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business unit client systems,
- Improve information sharing and interoperability capabilities,
- The new incident-based ABIS will support faster operations for two-finger, tenprint, palmprint, and latent print entry and search,
- The system will retain a complete archive of NIST-compliant records for each incident entered into ABIS and shall make this information available for recall by any authorized user,
- It is also expected to improve the efficiency and accuracy of lights-out operations, search review, and matching of fingerprints/palmprints,
- The ABIS will include storage for criminal facial photo/SMT data captured at livescan devices, allowing for the future implementation of photo comparison tool solutions for mugshots.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 9, 2020.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
