[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide flexible spending account administration services
- To obtain a competitive quote for administration of their Flexible Spending Account program, while continuing to offer benefit choices to fit employee needs, to work to provide the level of coverage currently offered at an affordable rate, and to maintain employee satisfaction with these services,
- To provide administration and banking services for their Flexible Spending Account
- Administration:
- Assist employees with understanding FSA accounts,
- Receive bi-weekly deposits into accounts,
- Process all account requests within 3 business days, provided complete information is provided by employee or County,
- Provide recommendations to the County regarding administrative issues to enable superior employee customer service, education, and notification of any other issues to assist the County while maintaining high employee satisfaction rates,
- Regulatory:
- Assist with keeping the County informed and current on any new and/or revised statutes and regulations affecting FSA accounts and administration, including but no limited to tax ramifications,
- Limited consulting services:
- Provide recommendations to the County regarding administrative issues to enable superior employee customer service, education and notification of other issues that may arise to assist the County with ensuring this program is successful in the most feasible and economic manner allowing high employee satisfaction.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 29, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
