[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide integrate technology and personalize learning through a universal instructional design for learning framework within inclusive co-taught classrooms and learning environments to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.
- Provide training and continue coaching of state trainers and regional coaches to provide pre-K–12 educators with professional learning to effectively use and sustain co-teaching practices within inclusive general education classrooms and settings.
- Support exploration and installation of district-level policies that increase opportunities for students with disabilities to be educated in inclusive classrooms and settings.
- Provide the professional development supports needed to increase engagement and learning outcomes for these students in inclusive settings.
- Conduct a variety of workshops (online and face to face), provide resources on state-of-the-art instructional technology, assistive technology, personalized learning, effective instruction, Cooperative Learning Structures, differentiated instruction, and Content Enhancement Routines.
- Oversee reporting, data entry, and monthly connection of the state trainers, coaches and co-teachers and provide districts participation stipends as funding permits and when criteria are met.
- Continue providing Kansas districts free access to online-digitized instructional materials and operate Kansas InfiniTEXT which provides federally-required Statewide access for Kansas districts to an online repository of digitized instructional materials including textbooks and other classroom related printed materials.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 17, 2020
