Government Authority located in Olathe, Kansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for repositioning consultant service.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide repositioning consultant for the repositioning of its public housing portfolio to the government authority located in Olathe, KS.
- Timely prepare all documents as necessary to accomplish consulting services to OHA pursuant to this RFP. Documents includes but is not limited to memos, opinion letters, contracts, leases, and correspondence.
- At no time, subcontracting any legal services to be provided without prior written approval of agency.
- Comply with all billing and invoicing requirements of agency.
- Assist agency in considering alternatives and analysing financial, legal, and operational benefits and efficiencies for the housing authority and its residents.
- Assist with identifying opportunities to leverage agency programs and assets to further OHA’s goals.
- Establish any required non-profits of limited liability corporations.
- Obtain required approvals and letters of support from units of local government.
- Conduct any required market studies, environmental assessments, or physical needs assessment.
- Prepare relocation plans in full compliance with the Uniform Relocation Act, if necessary.
- Three years of experience and successful track record of repositioning work (RAD, Section 18, RAD and Section 18 hybrid) with multiple public housing authorities with 500 or fewer units.
- Four years of experience working with federal, state or other local programs that are administered by other government agencies, non-profit organizations, or conventional financial institutions.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 18, 2020
(3) The contract period will be for one year.
(4) Pre-bid meeting will be held on June 11, 2020
