[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide technical assistance systems network evaluation system that focuses on measuring the effectiveness, implementation, and sustainability of all efforts to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.
- Assist each TASN priority project in designing and implementing evaluation activities that measure the effectiveness, implementation, and sustainability for increased educator efficacy and improved student results. System-wide evaluators observe project activities and work closely with project staff on how to implement meaningful utilization-focused evaluation practices. This ongoing, collaborative process informs staff, increases TASN providers’ knowledge, and builds the data analysis competence of teachers, administrators, and local education agency coaches charged with implementing evidence-based instructional practices,
- Host and provide technical assistance to district staff on use of a free online survey tool,
- Annually evaluate and produce evaluation briefs for each priority,
- Create other priority reports upon request.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 12, 2020

Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
