(1) Vendor needs to provide housing case management software
- Must be able to assign different program classifications,
- Ability to export reports to Excel,
- System must have extensive drilldown capabilities,
- Ability to "Slice & dice" data from parameters like: zip code, Customer, intake date, program group, staff, status, monthly client contacts,
- Cloud based capabilities,
- Tracks referrals, real time documentation, contact attempts, service request, assigned staff, case status/events,
- Stores and tracks details related to all client request, including orders, receipts, and disclosures.
(2) All questions had been submitted on April 1, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
